Delivery options

• Mainland France : rate being set up
• Europe : rate being set up
• Rest of the world : rate being set up

Tracked shipping, protective packaging. The exact rate appears at checkout, based on the destination.

Lead time

The console ships once payment is received. You get the tracking number as soon as it leaves; delivery time then depends on the carrier and the destination.

Returns and withdrawal

For a distance purchase you have 14 days after delivery to withdraw, without giving a reason. The console must come back complete and in the condition it was delivered; return postage is yours unless we made a mistake. Refund within 14 days of receiving the return.
