What we collect

When you order: name, email, delivery address and phone, entered on the Stripe payment page. Payment is handled by Stripe; Cloudier never sees your card number. If you spin the wheel: your email, stored as a salted fingerprint, plus your discount code.

Why

To prepare and ship your order, contact you about it, and meet our accounting obligations. Nothing else: no resale, no advertising.

Who else sees it

Stripe (payment), Sendcloud and its carriers (shipping), Resend (emails), Cloudflare (hosting). No advertising partner.

Cookies

No advertising or tracking cookie. Your cart and your code are kept in your browser's local storage; audience is measured by simple counting, without any identifier.

Keeping and your rights

Order data is kept as long as the law requires (accounting). Wheel fingerprints are kept 7 days beyond the replay window. You can ask for access, correction or deletion by writing to [À COMPLÉTER : adresse e-mail de contact].
